Panis semper in Occidente fermentatur! I am not a licensed bakery corporation. So why do I refer to it as a "bakery"?
I do a lot of baking at SCA events, and this is the "company" name I use.

I have been baking for over twenty years (on and off).
I got interested in doing it within a medieval context about 1992 or 1993.
In January 1997, I was made a member of the Order of the Laurel
for baking specifically, and cooking in general.
